SCHEDULING: All appointments are by appointment only. Appointments may be made online, in person, social media messages, phone and email. Appointments are time slots that are reserved for you. All first-time clients MUST leave a non-refundable deposit to schedule an appointment. Any changes or cancellations must be made with 24 hours’ advanced notice, or you may forfeit any deposits/gift card balances used to make the appointment. Repeated changes/cancellations may require non-refundable deposit for future appointments.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION: All appointments must be confirmed. Appointments that are not confirmed are subject to cancellation. Please reply to confirmation texts or emails. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and complete any paperwork as needed.
NO SHOW/LATE ARRIVAL: If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled. Late arrivals will be required to pay for their full scheduled service time and appointment times will end as scheduled. Payment for missed appointments may be required before any future appointments can be scheduled. Deposits or Prepayment may be required for repeated late arrivals or missed appointments. Exceptions MAY be made on a case-by-case basis.
DRAPING: All Clients WILL be draped according to legal requirements.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR: ANY and ALL inappropriate behavior will result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of scheduled session with full payment due. ANY sexual solicitation will result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of scheduled session with full payment due and a report will be made to the proper authorities. This includes, but is not limited to inappropriate behavior, touching, body movements, verbiage, jokes, insinuations, questions, solicitation, and any other action direct or implied.
PAYMENTS: Payment is due at time or service. All payments for services, gift cards, gratuities, and products are non-refundable. Deposits for scheduled appointments are non-refundable.
